Operation and further development of modern IT system landscapes
Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft environments (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
Analysis and resolution of technical incidents — independently and as part of a team
Ensuring stable IT services through monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizations
Lifecycle management of existing infrastructures and participation in designing new solutions

Requirements

Completed IT qualification (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL [Higher Technical Institute] or equivalent)
Several years of experience in IT operations, administration, or support
Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & Client, Active Directory / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Proven routine in installation, configuration & administration – you don’t just know the systems, you master them
Solution-oriented and proactive – you take initiative and drive tasks to completion
Very good German skills and good English skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
