Initiating, directing and supervising analytical functions within Cencora’s Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP)
Oversees investigations mandated by CSMP like ongoing due diligence and suspicious order monitoring
Supervises staff and makes final decisions for customer reviews of controlled substances
Liaison for state/federal authorities including the DEA
Develops and implements training related to monitoring and analytics
Ensures compliance with all aspects of the CSMP
Manages various vendor relationships with external CSMP contractors/consultants
Responds to inquiries and investigations of diversion of pharmaceutical controlled substances

Requirements

Four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Eight (8) years related experience including program and personnel management, development and management of data analytics
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Excellent logical, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, data analytics and reporting software, cloud-based systems, applications, services and data storage, AI related analytical tools and applications
Requires approximately 10% travel
