  • Work closely with leaders across operations, quality, regulatory, commercial, customer services, and finance teams
  • Help shape ideas into clear solution options that align with business goals

  • Lead architecture and analysis capability

  • Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of architects and analysts

Requirements

  • Experience with transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, IoT visibility platforms
  • Leading solution architecture or analysis in complex environments (20+ concurrent global projects)
  • Strong grounding in business analysis and shaping demand
  • Strong understanding of applications, integrations, data, platforms, and security
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience operating in regulated or operationally critical environments
