About the role
- Implement and optimize recruiting and sourcing tools and services
- Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
- Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent
- Serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team
- Drive strong stakeholder management across HR and the business
- Ensure recruiting processes align with compliance and equitable hiring outcomes
- Support workforce planning efforts and assist with retention-related programs
- Build strong partnerships with community partners, vendors, and other talent channels
- Define, track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- minimum of seven (7) years of comprehensive recruiting experience demonstrating increased responsibility
- Experience utilizing recruiting vehicles and sources such as internet, specific websites, and diversity sources
- experience using innovative tools and techniques to find viable candidates
- proven supervisory experience in a staffing environment necessary
- A combination of agency and corporate experience preferred
- project management skills and experience with recruiting software systems required
