Responsible for the timely input and maintenance of all contract files
Collection and reconciliation of member rebates
Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of GPO contract content from all internal and external experts
Development and distribution of relevant contractual reporting using internal tools
Works collaboratively to develop and maintain contract logic for GPO contract opportunities
Reports, analyzes, and reconciles sales data
Responds accurately and timely to requests for supplemental information
Uses internal tools to create and maintain relevant reporting
Works closely with GPO Operations, Finance, Membership department and manufacturer partners to resolve issues
Responsible for working independently on contracts data and proactively solving problems with data
Responsible for accurately entering contract data into the centralized contract file maintenance system
Establishes and maintains contract documentation files and summary for internal distribution
Conducts daily maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain accuracy in production systems

Requirements

Requires a four-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience
Normally requires a minimum of four years directly related and progressively responsible experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Advanced computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, Business Objects and Crystal Reporting
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Vistex/SAP
Pharmaceutical GPO experience
Contract review experience
