About the role
- Provide medical support to patients
- Manage the database and patient records
- Administer and adhere to case management protocols
- Collaborate with the reimbursement specialist and physician
- Maintain clear communications with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or licensed nursing diploma (Registered Nurse - RN)
- Five (5) years of nursing experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in sales or care management
- Experience in hematology and/or nephrology is an asset
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred
