About the role
- Portfolio development – Support evaluation and onboarding of new vendors and packaging solutions at a global and regional level
- Project management – Drive management and execution of specific packaging-specific initiatives including product launches
- Portfolio support – Create and maintain key resources used to position packaging products with customers
- Account support – Provide second-line support to key customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive proven experience in product management, product marketing, project management, operations management, or a related role
- Experience with physical products, healthcare, or packaging is a plus.
- Systems thinking mindset
- Independent problem-solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across global teams
- Analytical, with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Comfort working in a fast-moving logistics environment and adapting to evolving priorities
