About the role
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging an existing network of contacts and decision-makers in the clinical trials sector
- Promote US-based clinical trial services
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish presence in the US market
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Manage entire sales cycle
- Lead client meetings, sales pitches, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with teams across Europe and represent company at trade events
- Utilize data tools to identify prospective clients and track pipeline opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and global customer relationship management
- Experience in the clinical trials sector
- Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships
- Familiarity with clinical supply logistics is a plus
- Established network of decision-makers in the clinical trials sector
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client visits and internal meetings
