About the role
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Evaluate new features with comprehensive analysis and recommendations
- Produce and maintain detailed system documentation
- Ensure non-functional requirements are met
- Share knowledge and provide coaching to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow designs and developments
- Expertise in ServiceNow upgrades and API with complex integrations (REST, SOAP)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Request Management
- ITIL certification is preferred
- ServiceNow certificates are preferred
