About the role
- Plans, conducts and supervises assignments under general supervision
- Develops professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for market insight functions
- Manages Specialty Insights portfolio critical to business goals
- Supports information exchange to meet program timelines and milestones
- Ensures business workflows to effectively meet program goals
- Prioritizes team and project work, making resource adjustments
- Functions as a liaison to support healthcare professionals and organizations
- Develops action plans to advance projects and resolve conflicts
- Recognizes project scope changes and takes appropriate actions
- Manages the department's operating budget
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years clinical experience in specialty therapeutic area, to include Oncology
- 7+ years’ experience in a health system pharmacy for a pharmaceutical specialty
- Extensive experience in a related field with appropriate medical degree such as MD, PhD, RN, NP, and/or PharmD
- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) with pharmacy licensure in good standing
- Board Certification in a clinical specialty recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
