About the role

  • Manage and grow customer accounts, achieving quarterly & annual growth goals as assigned
  • Actively works customer growth opportunities through product growth and expansion discussions
  • Presents the Cencora Program Value via phone or Teams utilizing the Richardson Sales Methodology
  • Understands customer needs and requirements, communicating with other departments as necessary to ensure appropriate program management
  • Drives client onboarding process
  • Reviews all new and existing customer volume and trends to ensure growth is tracking to plan
  • Provides and reviews savings reports with customers and business partners on a quarterly basis or semi year basis determined by size of the account and customer request
  • Documents, maintains, and tracks all existing customer activity within Company ABForce
  • Utilizes sales metrics to identify successes and challenges, reviewing with leadership regularly to drive improved results
  • Provides customer support as primary Inside Account Manager
  • Maintains regular contact with all assigned customers
  • Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations
  • Collaborates effectively with other Cencora departments for successful client management
  • Remains updated and knowledgeable on changes and developments within the Cencora solutions portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and services
  • Experience in region account planning and execution required
  • Customer first approach
