About the role
- Daily contact with journalists and publishers
- Supervision of the preparation and distribution of press releases
- Management of media presence at events and/or coverage of relevant news related to campaigns, products, customers
- Organization of press conferences, media briefings and media events (digital and physical).
- Coordination and negotiation with suppliers/vendors.
- Management and promotion of interviews
- Supervision of clipping platforms and press reviews
- Coordination of social media campaigns and/or projects involving social media.
- Social media strategy, coordination of social media editorial plan, interface with graphic department, supervision paid campaign.
- Coordinating junior staff members PR projects administrative management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in humanities or communication/marketing (Communication Sciences/Public Relations/Letters/Languages)
- At least 5 years' experience within media and PR agencies
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with internal team
- Interest in the world of health, medicine and wellness.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
