Responsible for product and program management of a portfolio of solutions that create new sources of income
Driving innovation and commercialization of products that enable growth for Cencora and its health system customers
Works closely with commercial business unit leaders to ensure alignment, execution and adoption of solutions and initiatives
Ownership for solution development of high impact product/s and commercialization of new offerings that meet customer needs
Continuously evaluates ideas within the Innovation process, quantifying market demand, defining opportunities, and identifying product/market fit for Cencora
Define and track success metrics through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Keeps all new projects in line with the company’s purpose and maintains consistency with the company’s message and brand
Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company’s industry
Develops go-to-market strategy, value proposition and messaging, partnering with commercial partners to make Cencora a market leader in given solution space
Requirements
Normally requires broad training in fields such as business administration, product management, marketing or similar vocations obtained through completion of bachelor’s degree program
Requires a minimum of five (5) years related experience, such as lifecycle product management
May require progressively responsible experience in the retail pharmacy/distribution business, pharmacy operations or healthcare and related customer base
Superior research and analytical skills to track and predict trends
Ability to utilize domain expertise to understand and document customer needs and translate those into solutions that deliver exceptional customer value
Define and develop go-to-market strategies that enable successful organizational adoption of solutions to include positioning, messaging and pricing
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail
Ability to assess changing conditions, values and needs of the customer; ability to conceptualize, develop and lead the effort required to support change
Must be capable of understanding and applying an industry-wide perspective on major trends, including customer, regulatory, technology, and distribution channel changes
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
