About the role
- Analyze and support business processes
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams
- Drive process improvements
- Recommend and contribute to strategies to improve margins
- Evaluate, develop and implement process improvements
- Perform assigned reporting functions for the department
- Analyze 3rd party market data to develop insights
- Perform data mining for various teams
- Support solutions for managing returns solutions activities
Requirements
- Requires broad training in business administration, business analytics, sales, marketing, computer science or similar fields
- One (1) to two (2) years directly related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of Cencora policies, programs & services and products
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Experience with business intelligence tools and capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
