About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review project documents, including specifications, fire strategies, and drawings.
- Prepare projects for quotation by assessing requirements and system components.
- Setting up and finalizing quotations in CRM (Simpro).
- Create and revise quotations based on project needs.
- Assist with drawing work using AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project information and documentation.
- Any tasks that may be required as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- At least 3-4 years in HVAC or smoke control (priority) or fire control related
- CAD and Bluebeam familiarity & Microsoft Office
- Edge if he/she knows or an expert on CRMs: HubSpot or Simpro or Epicor
- Philippine Board Passer - with updated license: Mechanical Engineer
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
