About the role
- Lead and mentor engineering and drafting teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation.
- Design and develop AV and integrated technology solutions during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct remote client meetings to gather technical requirements and present solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and compliance documentation.
- Produce and review engineering documents such as system schematics, rack layouts, and installation plans.
- Support project teams during installation and commissioning phases.
- Ensure designs align with engineering standards and escalate complex solutions when required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AV engineering (pre-sales and post-sales design).
- Strong knowledge of integrated AV systems, structured cabling, and system architecture.
- Advanced experience with AutoCAD, CAD, and Visio.
- Experience leading engineering or drafting teams.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients remotely.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and large tender submissions.
