Account Manager

• Conduct consistent outreach to referral partners through email and phone, strengthening relationships and keeping Recover top-of-mind as a trusted treatment partner
• Manage referral pipelines in our CRM, tracking outreach activity, partner engagement, and referral flow to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Provide timely updates to referral partners to build trust and transparency
• Maintain reporting calendars and coordinate with clinical and intake teams to deliver accurate, on-time reports
• Identify gaps in referral relationships or communication, and work proactively with the Head of Partnerships to strengthen processes and outcomes

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Mission: integrate medical care and telehealth to improve outcomes and expand access for low-income Americans.
• Team includes people from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and White House alums; company is growing quickly.
• Opportunity: finance leader reporting to CEO to lead finance and compliance, build teams, and shape strategic direction.
• Role is full-time and fully remote; competitive salary, equity, and PTO.
• Finance responsibilities: drive financial reporting and cash management; ensure timely billing and AR; manage AP; perform unit economic analysis; manage external bookkeeper; maximize revenue via contract/billing understanding.
• Compliance responsibilities: lead audits responses; design and implement internal compliance programs for medical services; manage contract compliance requirements; lead compliance team.

Head of Finance

• Outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment program using a harm reduction approach focused on marginalized communities
• Work directly with adult patients providing one-on-one, group, and family counseling for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Develop relationships and guide patients through recovery
• Collaborate with medical director, physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans
• Full-time role (40 hours/week across 5 days); report to Clinical Supervisor; salary commensurate with experience and includes benefits
