Counselor

• Provide education, counseling, and support services to individuals participating in court-mandated or DMV-referred Driving Under the Influence (DUI) programs.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
• Maintain compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 9.
• Help clients meet legal and behavioral health requirements necessary for program completion.
• Foster accountability and recovery by helping participants understand the impact of substance use on driving safety.
• Support behavior change through evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with program leadership and state/county partners to ensure documentation, reporting, and client progress tracking meet all regulatory requirements.
