About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through first value
Plan onboarding work, confirm connected data sources, and keep delivery on track with customers and the onboarding lead
Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to RecordPoint
Manage data source integrations, authentication, and metadata configuration
Produce clear, reusable runbooks for deployed solutions
Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions to Solutions & Architecture specialists
Prepare evidence confirming customer go-live readiness and achievement of first-value milestones
Partner with live customers on organisation-specific configuration, data migrations, non-standard connectors, and technical advice
Support customers working independently, through partners, or directly with RecordPoint

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery
Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or working with integration tooling
Grounding in cloud solution design and deployment across PaaS and SaaS
Comfort with databases, networking, and authentication technologies
Experience migrating customers from on-premise systems to modern cloud platforms
Structured, quality-first approach to delivery frameworks and accurate, complete artifacts
Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology or software sales is a bonus
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or comparable enterprise content platforms is a bonus
Familiarity with records management, data governance, or information classification is a bonus
Experience delivering to regulated-market customers is a bonus
Understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environments is a bonus
Comfort using AI productivity tools is a bonus
Exposure to OpenShift, AKS, Podman, Docker, Power BI, C#, Python, PowerShell, or Web/Swagger APIs is a bonus
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, is a bonus
Must pass a police background check to be eligible for employment
