About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and technical requirements
Conduct discovery sessions to gather, document, and validate client requirements
Help customers define technical solutions that align with their needs and RecordPoint capabilities
Understand customer success criteria and support delivery of positive implementation outcomes
Design onboarding and implementation approaches that meet customer needs
Help shape scalable, supportable, and best-practice technical solutions
Deliver technical onboarding activities including configuration, connector deployment, integration, and migration support
Design and manage migration and integration activities with internal technical teams, customer teams, and vendors
Support deployments across cloud and Microsoft 365 environments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
Train customers and internal team members on RecordPoint products and technical solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, runbooks, and user guides as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ECM, or EDRMS solutions
3+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, or technical delivery role
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud solutions, including SaaS and PaaS
Experience migrating customers from on-premises platforms to modern cloud solutions
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience with records management or information management solutions
Preferred: Direct experience with RecordPoint products
Preferred: Understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environments
Preferred: Experience with scripting or automation using tools such as PowerShell or Python
