About the role
- Design and deliver strategic field marketing programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop integrated field strategies and ABM programs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (trade shows, roundtables, roadshows, webinars)
- Build and scale community initiatives and partner/industry network engagement
- Extend field program reach through digital channels: email, paid media, and social
- Measure, analyze, and report program impact with clear attribution to pipeline and ROI
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing
- Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue
- Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
