About the role

  • Design and deliver strategic field marketing programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop integrated field strategies and ABM programs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (trade shows, roundtables, roadshows, webinars)
  • Build and scale community initiatives and partner/industry network engagement
  • Extend field program reach through digital channels: email, paid media, and social
  • Measure, analyze, and report program impact with clear attribution to pipeline and ROI

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing
  • Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
