Business Intelligence Analyst

• Extract, clean, transform, integrate and pre-process data from different sources, contributing to the creation and maintenance of processes and policies that ensure data quality and consistency for analysis;
• Define and calculate metrics that help monitor performance and the progress of the company’s business objectives;
• Provide analytical support to business areas by producing reports, visualizations and ad-hoc analyses accessible to multiple levels of the organization, as well as perform advanced data analyses to generate actionable insights;
• Responsible for updating, maintaining and adapting existing reports and dashboards;
• Understand business objectives and collaborate with other teams to ensure analyses meet the company’s specific needs;
• Communicate insights and findings from data analysis effectively;
• Implement monitoring systems for metrics and analyzed data to proactively identify and report discrepancies or areas that require the attention of business teams.
