• Lead implementation of therapy and market development programs to improve patient access and pathways for ultrasound renal denervation (uRDN)
• Establish Recor Medical as the leading brand for uRDN therapies within the assigned territory
• Identify, establish and expand relationships with medical and non-medical stakeholders within uRDN centers and referral centers/practices
• Target, engage and build relationships with selected HTN/uRDN KOLs; provide trainings, briefings and scientific updates
• Create and expand HTN/uRDN business channels & Hub & Spoke networks to increase awareness and adoption
• Analyze effectiveness of HTN/uRDN network and referral path structures
• Implement Paradise uRDN therapy development strategies and programs (CoE events, webinars, training sessions, symposia)
• Territory planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Attend national and international medical/scientific events and congresses
• Conduct market research: monitor, track and report HTN/RTN market and competitive dynamics
• Provide technical and clinical uRDN case support: obtain certification to train sites and staff and support procedures in cathlab if necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, manuals and external regulations and laws
• Develop external programs to increase patient access according to indications
• Anticipate internal and customer needs for product, therapy and market development activities
• Lead content and concept of sponsored symposia and advisory board meetings
• Partner with Training & Education group to implement educational programs
• Develop initiatives for dissemination of clinical evidence and messages with the clinical team
• Perform other duties as assigned
