About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build an exciting sales territory within a fast-growing company
  • Manage and advise our existing customers, including analysis and development of current business relationships
  • Acquire new customers and establish long-term client relationships
  • Support and assist our customers with all sales-related, commercial and industry-specific matters
  • Conclude contract agreements with responsibility for revenue and contribution margin
  • Deliver training sessions at customer sites
  • Systematically prepare and follow up on your sales activities and provide continuous reporting in the CRM system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have practical experience in field sales (operational outside sales) and are enthusiastic about our services.
  • You communicate and persuade very effectively and find it easy to build contacts and relationships.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the service sector, preferably in waste management.
  • You demonstrate a goal-oriented approach and have already proven your talent for prospecting and closing deals.
  • Sales is based on initiative. A high degree of self-motivation, independence and entrepreneurial thinking are therefore among your qualities.
  • A confident command of MS Office applications and willingness to travel complete your profile.
