About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build an exciting sales territory within a fast-growing company
- Manage and advise our existing customers, including analysis and development of current business relationships
- Acquire new customers and establish long-term client relationships
- Support and assist our customers with all sales-related, commercial and industry-specific matters
- Conclude contract agreements with responsibility for revenue and contribution margin
- Deliver training sessions at customer sites
- Systematically prepare and follow up on your sales activities and provide continuous reporting in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have practical experience in field sales (operational outside sales) and are enthusiastic about our services.
- You communicate and persuade very effectively and find it easy to build contacts and relationships.
- Ideally, you have experience in the service sector, preferably in waste management.
- You demonstrate a goal-oriented approach and have already proven your talent for prospecting and closing deals.
- Sales is based on initiative. A high degree of self-motivation, independence and entrepreneurial thinking are therefore among your qualities.
- A confident command of MS Office applications and willingness to travel complete your profile.
