About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct thorough sign offs to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Verify data against regulatory standards and internal policies.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
Implement validation protocols to maintain data quality.
Assess data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Identify patterns or trends indicating potential data issues.
Recommend improvements based on quality assessments.
Track and report on data quality metrics.
Implement risk management plans. Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
Identify inefficiencies in current data management processes.
Develop and propose process improvements.
Implement changes to enhance data quality and compliance.
Conduct training sessions for the data management team.
Work with IT and operations to ensure data integrity
Stay informed about changes in EPR regulations.
Ensure ongoing adherence to current regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in data management, quality control, or a related field
Previous experience conducting sign offs preferable
Strong knowledge of packaging and waste regulations in different jurisdictions
Experience in creating and reviewing compliance reports.
Industry specific knowledge relevant to the organisation's EPR compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., EPIC, Excel) preferable
Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide training on data integrity
