About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You identify and analyze new customer opportunities and proactively contact prospects and new customers by phone.
  • As the central interface within the sales team, you provide comprehensive support to our customers and work closely with the field sales team.
  • You prepare tailored offers and contracts and professionally manage the entire sales process with a service-oriented approach.
  • You advise customers by phone about our services and assist with questions and individual requests.
  • You conduct contract negotiations in the context of cancellations or new tenders and derive appropriate actions.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating our customer database and for structured documentation of all sales-relevant information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are passionate about consulting and sales — you are a communicative sales professional with a good sense for the needs of your conversation partners.
  • You have completed commercial training, e.g., as an office clerk, industrial clerk, or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a sales environment — for example in inside sales or field sales.
  • You stand out through a professional manner, a structured way of working, and a high level of reliability and attention to detail. You work proactively and solution-oriented.
  • You communicate confidently and openly in German and English and enjoy actively exchanging and networking on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • You have good MS Office skills. Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
