About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide guidance and trusted support to managers and employees on all HR and labor law matters.
  • Manage the full recruiting process, including onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare and follow up on payroll and coordinate with the accounting department.
  • Conduct employee meetings, manage conflicts, and advise on labor law issues.
  • Plan and implement training, development, and talent management initiatives.
  • Execute HR projects, such as implementing new processes or improving existing workflows.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks, including maintaining personnel files, preparing and managing employment contracts, and processing sick leave.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and data protection regulations.
  • Use and maintain HR systems and digital tools.
  • Travel between locations as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law.
  • Experience in payroll preparation and follow-up is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Independent, structured working style and ability to set priorities.
  • Willingness to travel between locations.
