About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Account Manager, Circular Takeback Solutions is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while delivering a high level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved quickly, and opportunities for account growth are identified and executed.
- The Account manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a consistently positive client experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with CRM systems and account tracking tools (Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite preferred)
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and proactive service
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a high level of attention to details and organization
- Ability to maintain exceptional service standards
- Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, finance and support teams to ensure account success
- Strong interpersonal skills
