About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
- Support early‑stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow‑up
- Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
- Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
- Support ad‑hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role (desirable but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information
- Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
