About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support early‑stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow‑up
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
  • Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
  • Support ad‑hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role (desirable but not essential)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information
  • Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
