About the role

  • - Deliver outstanding service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience
  • - Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
  • - Prepare and submit product proposals, quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • - Manage incoming client cases and build relationships with clients, ensuring smooth resolutions and positive interactions.
  • - Conduct new client onboarding calls and assist with inside sales functions, including following up on submitted quotes and securing approvals.
  • - Work with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to drive our shared vision and deliver impactful results
  • - Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure that operations are enhanced accordingly.
  • - Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • - A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • - Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions.
  • - Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
