About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to renewal
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored ITAD solutions, including asset recovery, data destruction, and e-waste recycling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services and resolve any issues
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ReCloud IT’s ITAD offerings
- Track account performance, generate reports, and present insights to clients
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and sustainability goals relevant to ITAD
- Support sales efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and strategic planning
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in account management in ITAD, IT services or B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle, data security, and environmental compliance is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
