About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deploy global standards for tertiary packaging equipment
Drive standardisation of equipment and vendor base to improve efficiency, cost and lead time
Define technical specifications (URS) and collaborate closely with OEMs
Support CAPEX projects (~50% of time), including vendor selection, FAT/SAT and implementation
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory and internal standards
Monitor performance and reliability of equipment and drive continuous improvements
Collaborate with Procurement to develop and manage supplier base
Act as a “go-to” technical expert for factories globally
Work closely with global and local teams to implement innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar) or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including CAPEX project involvement
Experience in global or matrix organisations
Strong expertise in tertiary packaging technologies
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
Project management and vendor management skills
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to influence without direct authority
Results-driven mindset and continuous improvement focus
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
