Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the IT&D relationship with every department in China
Complete IT projects, whether local or global
Solve users' day-to-day IT problems
Responsible for project implementation of local user requirements
Drive global projects deployment
Establish good cooperative relationships with other departments
Listen to their needs and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations
Lead and drive the implementation of AI-driven digital projects for China

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in HR system implementation
Masters core module business logic & configuration (Org HR, Compensation & Performance, Attendance & Recruitment)
Familiar with interface integration & data governance (HR/OA/financial systems)
Capable of independent requirement research, solution design, system optimization & troubleshooting
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment
Expertise in AI-driven digital projects, large language models (LLMs), and basic LLM deployment
Knowledgeable in AI agents, RAG, and enterprise AI best practices
Have ERP capabilities, SAP experience and implementation capabilities are preferred
