About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the IT&D relationship with every department in China
- Complete IT projects, whether local or global
- Solve users' day-to-day IT problems
- Responsible for project implementation of local user requirements
- Drive global projects deployment
- Establish good cooperative relationships with other departments
- Listen to their needs and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations
- Lead and drive the implementation of AI-driven digital projects for China
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in HR system implementation
- Masters core module business logic & configuration (Org HR, Compensation & Performance, Attendance & Recruitment)
- Familiar with interface integration & data governance (HR/OA/financial systems)
- Capable of independent requirement research, solution design, system optimization & troubleshooting
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Expertise in AI-driven digital projects, large language models (LLMs), and basic LLM deployment
- Knowledgeable in AI agents, RAG, and enterprise AI best practices
- Have ERP capabilities, SAP experience and implementation capabilities are preferred
