About the role

  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Problem Solving, and TPM methodologies
  • Implement and sustain high-performance manufacturing systems aligned with global standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvement projects in line with annual manufacturing targets
  • Manage packing equipment optimization, including layout modifications and automation feasibility studies
  • Conduct training sessions on Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO13485, and GMP standards
  • Utilize data analytics and engineering calculations to drive decision-making and enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Management is an advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in production operations or process improvement within a multi-manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel) and analytical tools
  • Advanced data analysis and scientific calculation skills to identify improvement opportunities
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and on-site production floor management
  • Solid experience in production management within FMCG, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
