About the role

  • Oversee major capital investments and master plan projects within factory operations
  • Provide technical leadership in construction management, project execution, and facility operational readiness
  • Lead the construction team, including Reckitt staff, the CM firm, and Construction Safety
  • Oversee construction scope and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery
  • Coordinate with on‑site teams (engineering, system owners, Project Engineering Services)
  • Direct daily field activities, track progress, and resolve issues
  • Manage and resolve construction change notices
  • Drive timely milestone completion through proactive field engagement
  • Enforce Reckitt safety standards and maintain a high‑performing site environment
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of owner‑provided equipment
  • Serve as system owner for architectural readiness, commissioning, and CSA acceptance
  • Oversee construction work impacting active facility operations and clean‑construction protocols
  • Review CM monthly cost reports and payment applications
  • Partner with Project Controls on changes, invoices, and monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years engineering experience, including 2+ years in capital project management
  • Proven OSD manufacturing engineering experience in operations, maintenance, or capital projects
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or healthcare manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical construction methods and OSD equipment installation
  • Knowledge of hygiene design, cleanroom electrical standards, and validation practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project‑management/scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; effective cross‑functional leadership
  • Solid grasp of project execution lifecycle with a results‑driven, execution‑focused approach
  • Willing to travel up to 20% and work full‑time on construction sites as needed
