About the role
- Drive month-end closing process ensuring correct bookings and timely analysis of performance
- Support with sales plans, forecasts, outlooks and strategic views
- Support for strategic business initiatives with financial insights
- Support business growth opportunities, such as new product development and investment analysis
- Understand all aspects of the Commercial P&L
- Develop strong understanding of all customer trade investment strategies
- Manage functionality, usage and continuous improvement of various financial tools, process and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration (berufsakademie)
- 2-3 years’ working experience in Finance/Commercial Controlling
- Strong IT & financial systems experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Good to advanced accounting knowledge
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Problem solver with high result orientation
- Excellent English (able to present and negotiate in English)
