About the role

  • Managing a team of 3-4 analysts
  • Support the implementation of FP&A strategies and targets / KPIs as well as the management reports catalogue
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Finance organisation and the supporting functions
  • Analyse end-to-end financial performance (including P&L and cashflow analysis)
  • Prepare plans, forecasts and management reports required by the Global FP&A Organisation and Market Retained Teams
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements and support external audits
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Solid FP&A experience, including team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, P&L, and cash flow
  • Proven ability to deliver business insights and support decision-making
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is a plus
