About the role

  • Ensure execution of Quality routines in Manufacturing, ensuring compliance of production processes
  • Reinforce Quality presence on the shop floor
  • Manage investigations and resolutions of internal and external deviations
  • Support management of Quality issues related to raw materials and packaging materials
  • Support control of blocked finished goods
  • Prepare, review, and deliver training on operational documents
  • Plan and monitor Quality training for the operations team
  • Work together with the Engineering team on equipment validation
  • Implement and validate continuous improvement projects in Manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with Quality requirements related to global technical procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  • Availability to work the 2nd (14:00–22:00) or 3rd (22:00–06:00) shift at the plant, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays
  • Intermediate English
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) intermediate/advanced
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Experience in investigation and management of non-conformities, including root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ability to prepare, review, and manage Quality documents, ensuring standardization and compliance with internal requirements
  • Practical knowledge of 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
