About the role
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate events, workshops, and leadership meetings
- Handle expenses, approvals, workflows, and administrative tasks
- Support onboarding and cross-functional initiatives within the hub in Mexico
- Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain documentation, files, and confidential information securely
Requirements
- 3+ years as Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient English communication (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies.
