About the role

  • Provide governance and escalation support across Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for BPO and market queries.
  • Investigate policy-driven exceptions, monitor SLA performance, and maintain structured logs for audit readiness.
  • Validate documentation for high-risk payment approvals.
  • Coordinate with OTC and RTR teams on interdependent issues.
  • Manage operational queries between BPO and market teams.
  • Analyse exception trends, contribute to root cause analysis, and recommend automation or upstream fixes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Source-to-Pay, Finance Operations, or shared services environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese or Hungarian, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with procurement workflows, ERP systems, and governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying process enhancements.
