About the role
- Define digital strategies and recommend ways to use digital channels
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various channels
- Ensure global best practices are implemented in campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test and learn plans
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights
- Present results to stakeholders and lead campaign performance meetings
- Educate teams on digital best practices
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of in-platform experience in paid social, programmatic, or search campaigns
- Strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc), Social (Meta, TikTok etc), Search (Google ads, Bing ads)
- Strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4
- Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A desire to grow knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers
- Experience in managing teams and leading by example
- Fluent in English.
