About the role
- Assist in shaping category strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth leveraging data sources to build a cohesive story and make clear recommendations.
- NPD project management and ownership – leader of cross functional teams to deliver OTIF superior consumer products.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans to maximize long-term sales and profitability.
- P&L development for key projects.
- Contribute to brand equity development through impactful marketing initiatives.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive brand performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a CPG environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data driven mindset – experience in Nielsen/numerator is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and networking abilities.
