About the role

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities and define local long-term strategy direction in alignment with Global team
  • Ensure best-in-class brand activation and execution across all channels, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Media, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams.
  • Monitor market & brand performance and own P&L accountability, delivering monthly business reviews to drive MS, net revenue, margin and profit targets.
  • Lead, manage and develop the team, ensuring strong capabilities, engagement and execution excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BA field or relevant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG or Pharma sector
  • Knowledge of the Market Research databases (i.e. Nielsen and IQVIA) is requested
  • Solid knowledge of the English language is requested
  • Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
