About the role
- Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities and define local long-term strategy direction in alignment with Global team
- Ensure best-in-class brand activation and execution across all channels, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Media, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams.
- Monitor market & brand performance and own P&L accountability, delivering monthly business reviews to drive MS, net revenue, margin and profit targets.
- Lead, manage and develop the team, ensuring strong capabilities, engagement and execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BA field or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG or Pharma sector
- Knowledge of the Market Research databases (i.e. Nielsen and IQVIA) is requested
- Solid knowledge of the English language is requested
- Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
