About the role
- Assist in monitoring on field project activities
- Support the site engineering team in supervising civil & project related maintenance work.
- CAD drawing for civil and mechanical structures.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation , including site reports, drawings, commissioning report, and checklists.
- Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements .
- Assist in quantity estimation, material requisition, and cost tracking .
- Participate in resolving technical issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Conduct site inspections , collect data, and support project progress reviews.
- Collaborate with senior team members and project manager on deliverables and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
- Knowledge of structural drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and quality management.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
