About the role
- Act as a strategic link between Marketing and Sales
- Participate in defining brands' strategies at the point of sale
- Provide data-driven intelligence and ensure implementation of actions to drive sell-out
- Develop, implement and monitor brand plans across different sales channels
- Monitor performance indicators (sell-out, distribution, share, in-store execution) and produce analyses with action plans
- Support the development of campaigns, point-of-sale materials and promotional activations
- Manage the category budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales
- Knowledge of sell-in/sell-out metrics, Nielsen, IQVIA, in-store execution and analytical tools
- Organized, proactive, with a sense of urgency and critical thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence at different levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate/advanced English is a plus
