About the role

  • Act as a strategic link between Marketing and Sales
  • Participate in defining brands' strategies at the point of sale
  • Provide data-driven intelligence and ensure implementation of actions to drive sell-out
  • Develop, implement and monitor brand plans across different sales channels
  • Monitor performance indicators (sell-out, distribution, share, in-store execution) and produce analyses with action plans
  • Support the development of campaigns, point-of-sale materials and promotional activations
  • Manage the category budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales
  • Knowledge of sell-in/sell-out metrics, Nielsen, IQVIA, in-store execution and analytical tools
  • Organized, proactive, with a sense of urgency and critical thinking
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence at different levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/advanced English is a plus
