About the role
- Prepare regular sales finance reports covering Gross Sales, Trade Investment, Net Revenue, and GM% by customer, channel, and SKU.
- Support tracking and analysis of trade spend, rebates, and promotions, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and internal controls.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including trade investment accruals, sales accruals, and variance analysis versus forecast and prior year.
- Support in reconciling Distributor Stock reports from Distributor Management System.
- Assist in reviewing incentive submission from Sales.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial insights and respond to ad-hoc commercial queries.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, data accuracy, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales finance, commercial finance, or FP&A
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiar with sales reporting, trade spend, and month‑end accrual processes
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Able to work closely with Sales and Commercial teams
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
