About the role

  • Partners with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy
  • Designs, governs, and sustains a structured training system covering onboarding, upskilling, certification, SME development, and long-term career growth
  • Owns the technical training framework, process, and governance
  • Develops and manages SME and OJT trainer certification programs
  • Maintains accurate training records and capability metrics
  • Researches and recommends new training platforms/tools that enhance learning
  • Promotes a strong learning culture supporting performance, safety, and growth
  • Oversees onboarding programs and compliance training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Food Industry preferred)
  • Strong capability in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with modern and traditional training methods (OJT, classroom, digital)
  • Ability to influence across levels and functions
