About the role
- Lead the regional sales team and distributors to deliver company’s desired volume and NR targets
- Maximize sales and distribution across listed pharmacies and key customers across Pakistan
- Manage onground presence of Reckitt products & ensure BIC deployment of trade tools across pharma universe
- Navigate the regional team through uncertainty with strong leadership and clarity of thought
- Ensure compliance with DRAP laid out guidelines and regulations
Requirements
- Educated to minimum Bachelor's degree level ideally in a business related subject from a recognised university
- Bachelors in Pharmacy is preferred
- Minimum 5 years FMCX or Sales experience in a pharma sales environment
