About the role
- Coordinate strategic projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, data quality and overall company performance
- Improve traceability, reliability and speed of operations
- Reduce human errors and downtime
- Integrate connected tools that enable real-time decision making
- Optimize workloads by eliminating non–value-added tasks
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, industrial IT/engineering or continuous improvement
- Proven experience in process digitization, Lean Manufacturing and project management in an industrial environment
- Proficiency with Power Platform, MES and IT/OT governance concepts
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and to lead change
- Very good command of English required
