About the role
- Managing distributors, chain pharmacies, Poya, and new channel development and business expansion
- Deliver sales performance in line with the company's objectives
- Formulate winning account strategy to drive account's business growth
- Negotiate on and execute efficiently trade marketing activities
- Optimize products' in-store exposure
- Understand customers' product category and shelf space management approaches
- Achieve target contribution to the company's profit performance
- Develop effective promotion plans and explore promotion opportunities
- Increase target clients' satisfaction and engagement customers shelf space of RB products
- Cooperate with regional team regularly to develop local business
- Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters
Requirements
- At least 3-year sales experience in FMCG
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication skill in Chinese and Taiwanese, Basic English capability in speaking and writing
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
