About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing objectives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer & shopper behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights
  • Conduct independently ad hoc market research projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing initiatives
  • Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • English and Polish in writing and speaking proficient level
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or OTC sector or in market research agency
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sell our data analyses (Nielsen and/or IQVIA), proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI optional)
  • Knowledge about research methodologies would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Openness to learn new things
